INSPIRED BY
MOTHER NATURE
Acupuncture and East Asian medicine are all about living more in sync with the seasons and cycles of life.
My approach to health is pragmatic — I'd like to help you add more tools to your toolbox and take inventory of the tools you already have. I'm not interested in making a list of “shoulds” that leads to guilt and shame. We all have busy lives and I believe that small, sustainable changes can have lasting outcomes.
My goal is to support you in incorporating more movement, rest, nurturing food, community, play, and time in nature into your life.
OFFERINGS
Where do you feel emotions in your body? What are the stories behind each injury? What emotions and patterns keep showing up? What food fuels you? What movement practice brings you back into your body? Which coping mechanisms worked for a period of time, but don’t serve you anymore? Let's dig in.
