Acupuncture &

East Asian Medicine

Acupuncture and East Asian medicine is all about living more in sync with the seasons and cycles of life; at the same time I am not interested in making a list of “shoulds” that leads to guilt and shame. My approach to health is pragmatic. We all have busy lives and I believe that small, sustainable changes can have lasting outcomes.

I want to help you add more tools to your toolbox and take inventory of the tools you already have. My goal is to support you in incorporating more movement, rest, nurturing food, time in nature, community and play into your life.

I enjoy working with clients who spend too much time in their heads, hold a lot of tension in their bodies, and want to feel supported in feeling at home in themselves. I’m a great fit for people who want to play an active role in their health but are overwhelmed with where to start; people who feel things deeply; people who believe in life-saving allopathic medicine, but are also looking for more; people who spend a lot of time caregiving for others who could use a little support themselves.
